- Churches have increasingly become organizations that synthesize and adopt structures, identities, and ministries promoted as succesful or culturally relevant solutions to current obstacles, which turn out to be nothing more than reframed religious activity. This method of generalized minstry reproducibility has produced sterile and ineffective churches that function in a way that is more similar to secular organizations that respond to industry trend rhat than rooted in the New Testament, reflecting the community of the Body of Christ. The solution this situation is ministry reformation. This project leads a church through a phase of minstry reformation as they discover their minstry purpose and identity through a shared leadership approach. Theological principles and theoretical research form the basis of the shared leadership method used in this project and the production of the Minstry Action Plan represents the awareness of needed change and acceptance of that reality.
