Abstrakt

This project mainly singles out for study discipleship training models for medium to small cell group churches in Taiwan. One chapter reviews the discipleship training model and pastoral structure of Panchiao Gospel Lutheran Church. This church was initially modeled after Faith Baptist Church and City Harvest Church in Singapore, as well as Saddleback Church in California.
