This project deals with enhancing the interpersonal relationships of a church staff through the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the California Psychological Inventory. The project focused on helping church staff members become aware of the effect of personality styles and preferences on relationships. Through a combination of individual and group instruction, participants worked with the personality inventories to become familiar with their own type preferences and learn how their preferences mesh with those of their fellow staff members.
