Abstrakt

The purpose for this ministry project was to sharpen the exegetical skills and improve the practical delivery skills of the project director through the development of an inverted preaching paradigm. Development of the project included: the preparation of sermons based on components and elements of the inverted paradigm, and utilization of congregational members as resources and recipients of inverted paradigm messages. The project director utilized the ministry-skill enhancement model.
