Abstrakt

The author designed this project to help the elders of Anchorage Grace Church regain active spiritual oversight of Grace Christian School through doctrinal accountability and direct spiritual leadership, in order to increase the health of both institutions. He provided the biblical and theological basis for active elder oversight (chapter 2), and consulted other church-schools and independent schools to gain their wisdom in spiritual leadership (chapter 3). This fifteen-week project provided tools for the elders to be more active in their leadership, and it gave them a strategy for future growth.
