Abstrakt

Do short-term mission trips made by college students encourage them to become missionaries? Mission-minded, global Christians? Information for this research was gathered from students at Atlanta Christian College who participated on short-term mission trips. They were surveyed to determine how the trips influenced them. The research demonstrates that students who had already considered career missionary service found additional encouragement to pursue mission ministry. Additionally, if proper conditions were present, the participants did demonstrate the characteristics of mission-minded, global Christians.
