The development of the Lay Counseling Ministry is really important in the Taiwan Local Church. In our society, many people need gospel and counseling. The function of the Lay Counseling Ministry is not only for Caring Ministry, but also for guiding people to Christ. All church members are called to serve God and can use the Lay Counseling Ministry. Those who want to join this ministry need to accept training, supervision and evaluation. The research design has proven that the Lay Counseling Ministry is an effective ministry and also an instrument for gospel preaching.
