Abstrakt

The project's thesis is that a 'systems approach' can produce positive changes in parish life. Using descriptive research, the author produced a handbook after examining related literature; specialized systems; philosophical, biblical, and theological principles; fieldwork; and a project utilizing a 'systems approach'. A 'systems approach', using consensus decision making and value enhancement techniques, improves a project group's 'up-thinking', self-esteem and willingness to improve the environment.
