The purpose of this ministry project was to design a worship leadership development strategy for Clarke-Venable Baptist Church, Decatur, Mississippi. The project began with the exploration of the field of worship leadership development to determine best practices of worship leadership development. Second, the project director examined strategy planning processes in order to inform the strategy planning team.
