Abstrakt

The purpose of this ministry project was to design a worship leadership development strategy for Clarke-Venable Baptist Church, Decatur, Mississippi. The project began with the exploration of the field of worship leadership development to determine best practices of worship leadership development. Second, the project director examined strategy planning processes in order to inform the strategy planning team. Third, the project director enlisted and led the strategy planning team to design a strategy for the purpose of worship leadership development. Finally, the project director presented the strategy to the pastor, church staff, and deacons of Clarke-Venable Baptist Church for approval.
