This project enlists and trains members of the First Baptist Church (Shepherd, Tex) in a task force to plan, initiate, and conduct an 'off-campus,' out-of-the-building ministry in the community. In nine weekly sessions the training encompasses theological and practical resources for the projected ministry and draws on the experience of other such ministries.
