Abstrakt

This project involved the development of the unleashed church philosophy at Bethel Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio. This philosophy was presented in detail in Frank Tillapaugh's book, Unleashing the Church. This philosophy developed ministry mind sets throughout Bethel Baptist. The project focused on the young married's class, the deacon board, and the church staff. The project developed an understanding of the vocabulary of the unleashed church, strengthened the home-based ministries, developed possibilities of ministries to target groups, and increased the number of volunteers for church programs.
