Abstrakt

The researcher found an alarming number of pastors lacking in administrative and organizational skills. He focused on strengthening these skills. After a pre and post survey, the researcher scheduled workshops for training and refreshing their skills in administration and organization. The researcher observed the participants in workshop settings and actual pastoral duties in their church. It is the belief of the researcher that his goals were accomplished with significant success. He realized that fifty percent of the participants showed improvement. The researcher also believes there is a need to continue training and refreshing of pastors in these skills with consistency.
