Abstrakt

The thesis provides a marriage enrichment program for Korean churches in the United States. The program has been developed carefully on the basis of strong theological and theoretical rationale. The method of study combines 13 class teachings and a marriage enrichment retreat followed by a three-month support group. The program was implemented at the Korean First Baptist Church (SanJose, California). Results show a significant improvement in the rolemodels, relational behavior, communication, and conflict management. The program is readily applicable to any Korean church.
