Abstrakt

This project is the development of a systematic approach to Spiritual Disciplines as defined by personal and corporate activities, which promote spiritual growth. The study involved a thirteen-week adult Sunday school class, investigating thirteen Spiritual Disciplines in addition to the dangers involved in the teaching and practice of spiritual disciplines when disregarding the role of grace in these disciplines. The results of an eighteen-question survey given three different times to thirty-one subjects, revealed significant and/or moderate increases in participation in the spiritual disciplines.
