Abstrakt

This project proposes that pastors with a Wesleyan theological understanding can make use of transactional analysis in counseling. The principal positions of Wesleyan theology and transactional analysis are compatible, and the two disciplines coincide in their confidence in the original holiness or 'OKness' of humankind. They share hope that restoration to that original state is possible.
