Abstrakt

This project examines the need of target churches for renewal. Its premise is God's intention that churches grow inwardly, if not numerically. Purposes were to develop a methodology for renewal and growth in the target churches and establish stronger ministry roles for pastors. The project, experienced by four churches, involved research of church and community data. In a church retreat people studied the information, identified needs, established goals and action plans. Congregations received and approved the plans and pursued immediate goals for three months. Final evaluations by the churches were submitted.
