Abstrakt

The author tests the theory that children's and adult sermons can be intentionally interactive so as to reach the broadest spectrum of the congregation with the message of the gospel. A four-sermon series is used to determine the effectiveness of different presentations and styles in sharing the gospel so that persons of various ages and places of faith development can hear more clearly. As a group of adults and children evaluate the series, it becomes apparent that the manner in which the two sermons interconnect, particularly in the area of repetition of themes and images, is most effective.
