Abstrakt

The purpose of the project was to form and train a small group leadership team to plan a small group ministry at Westbrook Baptist Church, Hutchinson, Kanas. Implementation of the project occurred in three phases. In phase one, the project director enlisted ten people to compose the small group ledership team. Phase two consisted of training the team in principles of small group ministry. In the final phase, the project director led the team to successfully produce a small group ministry plan for Westbrook Baptist Church based upon the application of the principles learned in phase two.
