Abstrakt

The purpose of the project was to equip selected church members with leadership skills for ministry leadership in Jubilee Baptist Church, Daphne, Alabama. The project model used by the project director was the equipping program model. The project director's purpose was to identify biblically-based leadership skills through research, develop teaching content for training sessions, and equip ministry team and ministry group leaders with leadership skills that would enhance ministry leadership in Jubilee Baptist Church. After identifying leadership skills and developing training content, the project director taught the training material to ministry team and group leaders willing to participate in five two-hour training sessions.
