  • The author's purpose for this research was to explore Paul's methods, practices, and strategies as evidence for new church development. This research was an evaluative study that focused on shared vision for a multicultural, interdenominational, and diverse congregation that transformed a dream into reality, and vision into victory. The findings gathered from this qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory study served as effective working tools for new church development. Hence the main purpose of this study was to give expression to Paul's concept as a model for Christ International Community Church to culturally incarnate the 'Good News' to God's people in God's world.
