- The purpose of the project was to develop a tool for the assessment and management of the human resources within the Long Grove Community Church. Four goals were established. First, to identify the human resource available. Second, to accumulate that data in a computer file. Third, to provide for the use and management of the human resource data bank. Fourth, to utilize that data bank to improve the quantitative and qualitative involvement of the laity. The purpose of the project was clearly accomplished as moderate success in accomplishing all four goals was experienced.
