Abstrakt

This project proposes to prepare employees of the Southern Baptist Brotherhood Commission for its dissolution and merger with two other agencies of the Southern Baptist Convention to form a new agency. Based on biblical and social-scientific research applied to data derived from employee surveys, the project conducts four seminars to help employees identify issues, manage stress, make transitional decisions, and manage their responses to organizational change.
