This project proposes a process to recruit, train, and engage volunteers to work in partnership with ordained clergy in local congregations. Through this partnership that provides pastoral care and leadership, clergy are enabled to serve more effectively while simultaneously preserving time and energy for meaningful family relationships and personal growth.
