This project proposes the establishment of a Wellness Clinic at International Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. The thesis is that there is a need for greater cooperation between the medical community and the church. Screening and education performed in church stetting would be a help to both parishioners and doctors. Questionnaires used revealed interest among clients and volunteers.
