Abstrakt

The goal of this project is to develop and implement a Church and Denomination Ministry Team that will lead Rehoboth Baptist Association to a new understanding of the membership requirements of this association and how this association relates to other Baptist entities. This goal will be achieved by involving the project leader in an intensive period of study as he seeks to gain new knowledge in the history and function, as well as the future, of Baptist associationalism. The knowledge he gains will be used to lead a study group, whose work will culminate in an overnight retreat where they will write a mission statement, as well as core values and a detailed job description for the Church and Denomination Ministry Team.
