  • This is a ministry project designed to help develop a team approach to ministry. In this project the director sought to develop Trinity volunteers into a team in order to accomplish a volunteer mission trip. The project's purposes were to allow the volunteers to learn team ministry factors and to permit the project director to develop and practice team-building skills. The team factors learned and the team-building skills developed can be used in a team approach to ministry at Trinity Southern Baptist Church.
