Abstrakt
  • People everywhere are creatures of their culture. People are born into a culture, and it is in that culture that they most likely die. Culture pervades every part of human life and, therefore, influences the way the world is perceived. Missionaries, regardless of what culture they originate from, will struggle, and even fail, to communicate the gospel accurately if they disregard the relevance of culture. Proclaiming the gospel message for understanding requires cross-cultural awareness and a use of that knowledge to make the message culturally relevant.
