Abstrakt

The purpose of the project is to design a training strategy for potential workers in the educational ministries of First Baptist Church, Devine, Texas. This strategy will provide leadership development for members who may work in the Bible study, discipleship, or mission organizations of the church. A design team will be enlisted and trained by the project leader. Together, the project leader and design team will develop the strategy for potential worker training. The strategy will include plans for instructional courses, observation of teaching sessions, student teaching, mentoring with an encourager, and supervised internships.
