Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to equip selected members of First Baptist Church, Andrews, Texas, with personal evangelism skills. I accomplished this goal in three stages. First, I researched the field of personal evangelism to identify essential personal evangelism skills. Based on this research, I produced an annotated bibliography and a report identifying ten essential personal evangelism skills. Second, after studying the field of curriculum design, I used the research on personal evangelism skills to write a four-session training curriculum. In stage three, I utilized the training curriculum to equip twenty-three selected members of First Baptist Church, Andrews, Texas, with personal evangelism skills in a one-day personal evangelism seminar.
