Abstrakt

This model in ministry shows how worship empowered, unified and brought about change in the Hastings United Methodist Church in Hastings, Pennsylvania. A new form of worship was put into practice and then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed through attendance records, personal interviews and new forms of community involvement. The project demonstrated that a change in worship can affect attendance and ministry in a positive way, reversing downward trends and spurring growth.
