Abstrakt

The goal of this project was to discover why small groups were not a vibrant part of Central Church, and then try to recreate the small groups in a way that made them more attractive to the congregation. Implementation was the main qualitative research method used. The main objective was to implement five different components into the small group ministry with the hope that group participation would increase to a percentage which reflected Central Church's stated vision that small groups were an important way to connect. Implementing the five growth components did seem to increase small group participation.
