Abstrakt

The central goal of this project is to establish biblical priority for and implementation of strategies for making disciples in a local church, using Christ Community Church as a model. Christ Community Church's need for T-Net is established in the first chapter. Chapter two of the project deals with developing leader training for making disciples through small groups. Chapter three demonstrates how open/outreach and closed groups were created. The fourth chapter assesses the effectiveness of the church in developing a mobilization program. The project concludes with a two year phased plan and reassessment of the effectiveness of the project.
