Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to enhance the delegation skills of selected members of Mount Hebron West Baptist Church of Elmore, Alabama. To achieve this purpose, the project was divided into four phases. The four phases were: to develop a program of instruction; to enlist individuals to participate in this program of study; to train the participants in the delegation process; and, to engage the participants in ministry activities of the church, using their enhanced delegation skills. The results of this program indicated that those who participated in this program of study had their delegation skills enhanced.
