Abstrakt

The purpose of this project is to combine personal awareness with specific spiritual disciplines to discover God's ability to meet affective needs in the current self-centered American culture. The project incorporates the use of four self-actualization inventories and the practice of specific spiritual disciplines for a selected time length. The project reveals that personal awareness combined with spiritual disciplines can allow participant's affective needs to be met.
