This doctor of ministry project is an exploration of ministry, feminist theology and church conflict in the form of a novel. The fictional story involves the members of a small-town rural church, their first female pastor and a conflict that develops over her ministry. Questions raised and explored in this context are about theological and psychological issues involved in church conflict and vocational and identity issues which face women in ministry.
