The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy for Bethsaida Baptist Church to plant an Hispanic congregation in Neshoba County, Mississippi. The project director developed an annotated bibliography of resources pertinent to church planting. He developed a strategy unique to his setting. He informed the church about church planting, the Hispanic community in Neshoba County, and the strategy through a series of Sunday night meetings. The strategy was approved in a regular church business meeting.
