  • This project examines and evaluates the influence of pastoral supervision on ministry formation among students at United Theological Seminary (Dayton, Ohio). Students form covenant groups to teach, model, and apply principles of pastoral supervision through use of ministry reflection reports. The project demonstrates a need to teach models of theological reflection to those who are preparing for ministry.
