Abstrakt

This project produced a systematic program of cell groups for Our Saviour Evangelical Free Church (Wheeling, Illinois). A deacon contact ministry already existed to keep in touch with church families and individuals. At the same time a series of small groups existed to provide a place for building relationships and discipling. These ministries were consolidated into one.
