  • The purpose of this project was to develop a process by which the Filipino-American community could evaluate the effectiveness of the Philippine American Ministry (P.A.M.) in the Diocese of Cleveland, Ohio, and to establish a constitution and bylaws to better respond to the religious needs of the people. The results of a survey and evaluations revealed the religious needs and indicated an interest in continuing P.A.M. Consequently, the Filipino-Americans drafted and ratified a constitution and bylaws which defined P.A.M.'s objectives, policies, and procedures of ministerial shared responsibility.
