Abstrakt

Short term mission projects done with church members is an effective way to include GenXers in the church. The author researched GenXers and their view of the church and met regularly with a group of 22 unchurched Xers. It was concluded that mission is a natural fit for Xers, and their inclusion enriched the church's life.
