- The goal for this Project is to develop a long term strategy for church development for the churches of the Fellowship of Evangelical Free Churches of Australia and other participating churches. In the light of the Biblical passages, the emphasis on church development should both be quantitative growth as well as qualitative. By applying NCD as a diagnostic tool to measure the health of a church, and with the supplement of biblical understanding of church growth and other church health indicators, we would have a balanced view of church development. In turn, healthy growing can be enhanced for church development in the long run.
