Abstrakt

This ministry project is intended to assist pastors in discovering the tools to live out their vision in ministry more effectively. The objectives of this ministry project were approached by examination of seven pastors and their ministry in the areas of vision, pastoral effectiveness, leadership, and communication. The project director recruited, trained and coached the pastors and their boards, and evaluated the project. The findings of this report in the area of pastoral effectiveness can be used in the establishment of a standard for pastoral effectiveness in the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church.
