Abstrakt

This project is focused on training young adults, twenty to thirty years of age, to do evangelism through small groups in the First Cumberland Presbyterian Chinese Church in San Francisco. Preparation for the project included formulation of a prospectus and training strategy, compiling the training manual, and enlisting the potential candidates for training and actual recruitment. The training included interpersonal skills, self-disclosure exercises, group dynamics, relational Bible study techniques, building group atmosphere for evangelistic small groups, and methods of sharing the gospel.
