Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy that would ensure that the Southside Baptist Church of Monroeville, Alabama, would have sound biblical leadership among its future generations. The wisdom and experience of the existing generations must be passed on to the next generations. This transition of biblical leadership principles and practices will equip future generations with the knowledge they need to handle their problems and needs. The rapid rate of changes that are occurring in today's society demands that new leaders be equipped with solid biblical principles. This will enable them with the wisdom, guidance and moral bearings needed to provide leadership in a world that operated by situational circumstances. This project is designed to help these new leaders provide spiritual leadership in a changing world.
