The purpose of this project is to highlight the presence of the high teen church dropout rate in North American churches. As local church attendance continues to fall, those whose ages range between nineteen and twenty-nine are more critical in the declining numbers because they represent the next generation of church leaders. The youth departments of selected Baptist churches located in the Oak Cliff Addition of Dallas, Texas, will serve as project participants.
