Abstrakt

This project institutes an orientation for the Executive Board of the Wyoming Southern Baptist Convention. It creates both a workbook and manual to be used during an orientation meeting of the Executive Board. A biblical foundation is laid for the need of a governing board and characteristics that should be present in a board member. After considering how other state Baptist conventions do board orientation, the focus of this project narrows specifically to how orientation should be done in Wyoming. The orientation was conducted on January 29, 2001.
