Abstrakt

This project proposes positive actions to help senior pastors build healthy relationships with their staff members in Chinese churches. Based on on-site observations, church documents, and personal interviews with pastors, staff members, and lay leaders, the project examines leadership, communications, conflict resolution, cultural issues, and hiring processes as they are carried out by senior pastors, and offers specific recommendations for positive action.
