Abstrakt

This project was designed as a means to enhance and expand the personal evangelism training ministry of First Baptist Church (Lawton, Oklahoma). The project involved fourteen deacons during two six-week training sessions. The project produced fourteen new converts during the course of training. The success of the project is attributed to the faithful and obedient leadership of key leaders who served as trainers. The project has enhanced and expanded the evangelism ministry of the church. The development and implementation of this project has provided needed opportunities for more people to be trained in personal evangelism.
