Abstrakt

The purpose of this project is to equip the education ministry team of Olive Baptist Church, Pensacola, Florida, in strategy development skills. The project is an equipping model workshop which moves the team from knowledge about strategy to the ability to put in place a clear strategy for action when implementing a program ministry. The workshop consists of four sessions that move the team from discovery to action. The results of the workshop lead to specific outcomes from the team. Upon completion of the workshop individual action plans are assigned to each team member which are submitted to the project director one week after the assignment is given. Implementation of the action plans are outside of the scope of this project.
